Parlor City Iris History
E.B. Williamson was known for his non-scientific approach to hybridizing irises, in which he would randomly select irises he thought would work well together. Commonly making one-off irises that would be hard to replicate. Paul Cook was a meticulous record keeper of the genetic lineage of each iris. Both were renowned worldwide for their iris hybridization.
