For-Profit or Individual - $300 All Day - $200 4hrs
Non-Profit or Governmental - $100 All Day - $50 4hrs
Access to Power Outlets - $25
Security for Events with Alchohol and All Wedding Rentals - $100 for every 100 expected attendees for the first 4 hours and $20/hr for every 100 expected attendees for each extra hour of the event.
Security Deposit - $250.00

Events on the area west of the Wells County Courthouse can serve alcohol with prior approval.
The rental area includes all property west of the Wells County Courthouse. For your event to occupy the area directly north of the Wells County Courthouse prior approval from the Wells County Commissioner's would be needed. If your event would like to close any public street prior approval from the City of Bluffton's Board of Public Works would be required.
